At Beslagsboden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home hardware. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt provided it remains in its original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all screws and mounting components are included to avoid a restocking fee.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box, making sure to cover any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
